Seekan uses Stripe Express to process payments securely. Follow these steps to connect your account and start receiving payouts.


Step 1: Accept the Stripe Invitation

  1. Look for an email invitation from Stripe sent to your registered email.
  2. Open the email and click Get Started.
  3. You will be redirected to the Stripe Express setup page.

Step 2: Verify Your Identity

  1. Enter your mobile number to receive a 6-digit verification code.
  2. Enter the code to proceed.
  3. Provide your full legal name, email address, date of birth, and home address.
  4. If required, upload a government-issued ID for verification.

Step 3: Add Your Bank Details

  1. Enter your bank account details for payouts:
    • Bank name
    • Account number
    • Transit (or routing) number
  2. Ensure the account name matches your legal name to avoid payment issues.

Step 4: Review and Submit

  1. Double-check all your details for accuracy.
  2. Agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.
  3. Click Submit to complete your account setup.

Step 5: Access Your Stripe Express Dashboard

  1. After setup, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Stripe.
  2. Log in to the Stripe Express Dashboard using your mobile number.
  3. From your dashboard, you can:
    • View payouts and transaction history.
    • Update bank details or personal information.
    • Download tax documents when needed.
